KEY VERSE : The Lord said, "I will surely return to you in the spring, and Sarah your wife shall have a son. (Gen. 18 vs 10).

God promised to bless the union of Abraham and his wife with a son. But it took a long time for this promise to come to pass. Starting from when God promised Abraham that he would be the father of many nations at age 75, then 15 years after God renewed His promise when Abraham was 90 years old. Exactly 10 years later, God fulfilled His promise when Abraham was 100 years old.
It took a total of 25 years for God's promise of Isaac to be fulfilled in the life of Abraham and Sarah.
It took 25 years of waiting on God to fulfill His promise, but they did not give up on God.
It took 25 years, but God did not forget about His promise.
God never sleeps nor slumbers,  this tells us how busy God is, still, He never misses a single detail of what is going on in your life.

God is forever faithful.
Has HE made you a promise through His prophet or through His Word?
And it looks as if it is taking too long to be fulfilled?? don't be discouraged.

Hold on to His promises and keep o waiting on Him, because God never forgets His promises and He never fails to fulfill them.

But while you're waiting for the fulfillment, don't be idle (get busy for God) do not begin to grumble, nag or question God. Rather, pray and praise Him.

At His own time He makes all things beautiful :
"The Lord visited Sarah as He had said, and the Lord did to Sarah as He had promised". (Gen. 21 vs 1).

Trust God's timing.
He is never late.

God bless you!
